Each student receives a @greenmba.com and @dominican.edu email address.

Your @greenmba.com email address you will enable you to access the greenmba listservs for jobs and internships (jobs@), gnews (gnews@), student announcements (students), administrator announcements (announce@), faculty (faculty@), alumni (alumni@), and individual cohort (cohort_@).

@dominican.edu allows you to access the classroom management tool provided by Dominican University of California. It also subscribes you to important announcements from Dominican. The email address expires after you graduate.

Managing your email

Staying on top of your email is critical while you are a student and in your professional life. Here are some best practices and resources you can use to organize your email. Most of these apply to Gmail, because both the @greenmba.com and @dominican.edu email account are through Google.

Forwarding
By forwarding all of your email addresses to one central location, you decrease the number of websites needed to check your inbox. Most email applications make this option available in their settings. Read More

Filtering and Labeling
You can prioritize your email by utilizing labels and filters. Filters allow you to manage the flow of incoming messages. You can set your filters to automatically label, archive, delete, star, or forward your email all based on keywords, recipients, sender, and more. Read More

We have two community calendars that are hosted by Google Calendars:

  1. Administrative Calendar- Shares information about important deadlines, meetings, GreenMBA events, and class schedules. This calendar is controlled by GreenMBA staff.
  2. Events Calendar- Shares information about events happening around the bay area including networking/mixers, conferences, guest speakers, and other opportunities. This calendar is controlled by several stakeholders in the GreenMBA including the Hub Council, GreenMBA staff, Net Impact, faculty, and students.
