Julie Nunn has 20 years of major retail and wholesale manufacturing experience for specialty and mass toy companies, where she focused has on marketing, product development, entertainment licensing, branding and large program management. Realizing that current business-as-usual solutions are simply out of date, she turned to the GreenMBA.  When she graduates in 2010, she writes, “I look forward to re-entering the business world, working with companies that see the need for sustainable practices in the way they design, develop, manufacture and bring to market consumer goods.  My dream job would be with a traditional company appreciative of my background yet looking for guidance and innovation around doing business in a more long-term, sustainable manner.” Julie’s proudest accomplishment is her daughter, who is currently studying at Arizona State. Julie holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Sarah Lawrence College.
